Terms of Use
Version of October 20, 2026. These terms apply to the client home search at vow.rebeccahimelfarb.com (the "Search"), operated by Rebecca Himelfarb, Broker, Forest Hill Real Estate Inc., Brokerage, 28A Hazelton Avenue, Toronto, ON M5R 2E2 ("I", "me").
1. Our relationship
By creating an account and accepting these terms, you are entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with me and Forest Hill Real Estate Inc., Brokerage, so that I can provide you with real estate brokerage services through the Search. This does not by itself make you my client under a buyer or seller representation agreement, and it does not cost you anything. Before I provide you with further services I will give you the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) Information Guide, which explains the ways a brokerage can work with you. You can also read it at reco.on.ca.
2. Who may use the Search
The information provided herein must only be used by consumers that have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose. You confirm that you have a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate of the type shown in the Search, that you are using it for yourself and not for anyone else, and that the information you gave when signing up is true.
3. Your account
Your account is personal to you. Keep your password private and don't share your account. I ask you to confirm your email address before your first search, and to accept these terms again from time to time (at least every 90 days, and whenever they change).
4. What you may not do
The listing information belongs to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and PropTx Innovations Inc. and is licensed to me only for display to you through the Search. You may not copy, download, save, print in bulk, publish, share, sell or otherwise distribute it; you may not use robots, scrapers, browser extensions or any other automated tool to access the Search; and you may not put any of the information into an artificial intelligence tool or service. I may limit how many searches an account can run, and I may suspend or close an account that is used against these terms.
5. About the information
The listing data is provided under copyright by TRREB. The information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PROPTX. The Search shows listing information from the PROPTX VOW data feed; it is not a full copy of the MLS® System. Each listing is courtesy of the listing brokerage shown. Sale prices and dates are as reported to the MLS® System. Please confirm anything that matters to a decision with me before you rely on it.
6. Your personal information
I collect your name, email address and phone number when you sign up, and I keep a record of your use of the Search (the searches you run and the listings you open) as the MLS® rules require. I use your information to run your account, to provide you with real estate services, and to contact you about your home search, and I add you to my client records. I don't sell it. You can ask me to stop contacting you, or to close your account, at any time. My Privacy Policy has the details.
7. Changes and contact
